Parents — let’s embrace this new, messy, unpredictable season. I’m 4 years into my parenthood journey and I’m still discovering new things every day — not only about my kiddos, but about myself. It’s been so rewarding and humbling to be able to be a part of so many special moments with some really incredible families over the last 7 years.
Things change minute by minute with our little humans. I remember praying for my boys to start walking and feeling like it was so far away. Now they don’t stop moving and it’s at top speed at all times. I remember day dreaming about them calling me ‘Mama’ and now it’s on repeat every 2-3 minutes. I love it all, don’t get me wrong — but these seasons do not last a lifetime. It’s hard to remember that fact when your life suddenly turns into what feels like a very isolated groundhog day. Sometimes I find myself day dreaming about those warm, squishy snuggles and slooooow days learning each other and I’m just so grateful I have the photos and videos to look back on. Let’s put yours in a memory box to look back on as a beautiful, transformational season.
